These Terms and Conditions govern access to and use of Managed’s website, platform, and related services. They are intended as a standard operating framework for prospects and customers. If you have a signed order form, service agreement, or negotiated contract with Managed, that agreement may override parts of these terms where the documents conflict.
These terms apply to visitors using our website, people submitting forms or demo requests, and customers or authorised users accessing Managed services.
By accessing or using Managed, you agree to these terms. If you use Managed on behalf of a business, you confirm you have authority to bind that business.
We may update, improve, replace, or remove features from time to time. We may also change supporting materials, documentation, or workflows where needed to improve the service or maintain security and compliance.
Any references to planned or roadmap functionality are informational only. They do not create a delivery commitment unless expressly agreed in writing.
Managed is a business platform and customers are expected to keep account, billing, and access details accurate and up to date.
Customers are responsible for the security of their accounts, login credentials, authorised users, and any activity carried out under those accounts unless caused by Managed’s own breach or fault.
Access to features may depend on the plan you choose. We may offer free, paid, and add-on services, each with different usage limits, pricing, or transaction fees.
Paid plans, transaction fees, and optional services are billed according to the plan or order form in effect at the time. Customers must provide valid payment information and pay invoices or recurring charges when due.
Fees are exclusive of taxes unless stated otherwise. You are responsible for taxes, duties, or local charges associated with your use of the service unless the law requires Managed to account for them directly.
If charges remain overdue, we may suspend access to paid features after providing reasonable notice, except where immediate suspension is required to prevent abuse, fraud, or security risk.
Free plans and trial periods may be limited, withdrawn, or changed at any time. We may set fair-use boundaries where needed to protect service quality.
Managed is built for legitimate business use. Customers must use the platform responsibly and lawfully.
You must not use Managed to break the law, infringe rights, send unlawful marketing, upload malicious code, interfere with the service, scrape non-public data, or misuse communication, payment, or client-data features.
You remain responsible for the legality, accuracy, and appropriateness of the data, communications, forms, templates, and content you place into Managed or send through it.
You retain rights in your customer records, content, branding, and business information. You grant Managed the limited rights needed to host, process, secure, transmit, back up, and support that content in order to provide the service.
Managed and its licensors retain all rights in the software, product design, workflows, branding, documentation, and related intellectual property, except for rights expressly granted to you under your plan or contract.
Some features rely on third-party tools such as payment processors, messaging providers, analytics services, or integrations. Your use of those services may also be subject to the relevant third-party terms.
If you provide feedback, ideas, or improvement suggestions, Managed may use them to improve the service without separate compensation, while respecting any customer-confidential information you disclose.
These terms are intended to set a practical allocation of responsibility between Managed and its users.
We aim to keep Managed available and secure, but no online service is uninterrupted at all times. Maintenance, incidents, third-party outages, and force majeure events may affect availability.
Managed is designed to improve operations, booking flow, and growth visibility, but we do not guarantee specific commercial outcomes, revenue levels, lead volumes, or campaign performance unless expressly agreed in writing.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Managed will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses, including loss of profit, revenue, data, goodwill, or business interruption. Where liability cannot be excluded, it will be limited in line with the applicable contract or the fees paid for the affected service period.
You may stop using Managed in accordance with your plan or contract. We may suspend or terminate access if you materially breach these terms, fail to pay, create legal or security risk, or misuse the platform.
On termination or expiry, access to the service may end and data may be deleted or returned in line with the contract, retention needs, and any applicable Data Processing Agreement.
